Food, water, stamina, infection, bleeding, poisoning and body temperature are now integrated with the medical item system. Treatment timing matters.
Death now creates a lootable bag that persists for 10 minutes. Backpack and GPS are kept on respawn. This is the core risk mechanic for both PvE and PvP.
Walker and Runner behaviour improved. Noise reaction range adjusted. Infected no longer despawn incorrectly when players enter safe zones.
Fuel consumption balanced across vehicle classes. Breakdown probability tied to vehicle condition. Trunk storage and repair system tested and stable.
Trader stock refresh rates adjusted. Token distribution from loot sources rebalanced. Player trading validation improved with distance and anti-abuse checks.
